These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cash Flow Catalyst Club ("CCC") website, services, and programs operated by Acquisitions Department LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

CCC provides education, community, deal flow, and support related to business acquisitions. Our services include but are not limited to membership programs (Foundation, Accelerator, Done-For-You), group coaching, deal analysis, and acquisition support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using CCC, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Membership & Payments

CCC membership requires an application and acceptance. Program fees are as stated at the time of enrollment. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future enrollments.

No Guarantee of Results

CCC provides education, tools, and support for business acquisition. We do not guarantee that you will successfully acquire a business, achieve any specific financial results, or earn any particular return on investment. Business acquisitions involve inherent risks, and outcomes vary based on individual effort, market conditions, deal specifics, and other factors beyond our control.

Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Information provided through CCC is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any business acquisition, investment, or financial decisions.

Confidentiality

Members agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared within CCC, including deal details, business financials, investor information, and seller identities. Violation of confidentiality may result in termination of membership without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and tools provided through CCC are the property of Acquisitions Department LLC. Members may use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them outside of CCC without written permission.

Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via email, phone, and text message related to our services, including AI-powered communications. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any text message. See our SMS Policy for details.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, conduct detrimental to the CCC community, or any other reason at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquisitions Department LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, any business decisions you make based on information from CCC, or any business acquisition outcomes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
